About The Position

The Treetop is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism and other developmental differences in its clinic ABA team. Technicians work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. They track progress, celebrate milestones, and update families on each child’s progress. The role is open to people beginning a career in Applied Behavior Analysis as well as those who are already RBT-certified; training and support are provided. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Patient, dependable, and excited about working with children.

Nice To Haves

• ABA experience is a plus.
• Existing RBT certification is welcomed but not required.
