About The Position
LBAPS (Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs. The technician works under BCBA supervision and may provide services in home, school, and/or center-based settings. The role is offered as both part-time and full-time work, with flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification in good standing.
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.
- A patient, creative, and compassionate approach.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Work across home, school, and/or center-based settings.
- Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity.
- Collect and accurately record session data in Rethink within 24 hours.
- Collaborate with families and the clinical team to support client progress.
- Participate in ongoing check-ins and professional support meetings.
