Behavior Technician (RBT / BT) - Haverstraw, NY
About The Position
LBAPS (Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs. The role involves delivering therapy under BCBA supervision and may take place in home, school, or center-based settings. Technicians implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans, document session data in Rethink within 24 hours, and work with families and the clinical team to support client progress. The position offers flexible scheduling, professional support, and opportunities for career growth and BCBA supervision.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification in good standing.
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.
- A patient, creative, and compassionate approach.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
