About The Position
LBAPS (Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC) is seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental needs. The role delivers applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision and may involve working in home, school, and/or center-based settings. The position is offered as part-time or full-time, with flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification in good standing.
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.
- A patient, creative, and compassionate approach.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Work across home, school, and/or center-based settings.
- Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity.
- Collect and accurately record session data in Rethink within 24 hours.
- Collaborate with families and the clinical team to support client progress.
- Participate in ongoing check-ins and professional support meetings.
