Behavior Technician (RBT / BT) - Pomona, NY
About The Position
LBAPS is hiring Behavior Technicians for in-home sessions in and around Pomona, New York. Technicians work one-on-one with children using applied behavior analysis (ABA), under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and record each session. Schedules are available on weekdays and weekends, including mornings, midday, after school, and evenings. Each family offers 10 to 21 hours per week; technicians may work with one family or combine several families for more hours. The role is paid at $23 to $27 per hour as a W-2 employee. There are five openings. The selection process includes a five-minute screening followed by a 15-minute Zoom interview.
Requirements
- Be an RBT or a Behavior Technician with experience working with children.
- Be reliable, patient, and punctual.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children using ABA.
- Work under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Record each session.
