About The Position

LBAPS (Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC) is seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs. The technician works under BCBA supervision across home, school, and/or center-based settings, implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans and supporting client progress in collaboration with families and the clinical team. The role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing support and mentorship, and opportunities for career growth and BCBA supervision.

Requirements

• Current RBT certification in good standing.
• At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.
• A patient, creative, and compassionate approach.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Work across home, school, and/or center-based settings.
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity.
• Collect and accurately record session data in Rethink within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team to support client progress.
• Participate in ongoing check-ins and professional support meetings.
