Behavior Technician (RBT / BT) - Yonkers, NY
About The Position
LBAPS (Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC) is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs. The technician works under BCBA supervision and may serve clients in home, school, and/or center-based settings. The role involves implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans, accurately collecting and recording session data in Rethink within 24 hours, and collaborating with families and the clinical team to support client progress. Technicians also participate in ongoing check-ins and professional support meetings. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling. The listed starting hourly rate is $25.00–$30.00.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification in good standing.
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.
- A patient, creative, and compassionate approach.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish.
