About The Position

Launch or Advance Your ABA Career at Galliant (Benson Clinic). Whether you are an experienced, certified RBT looking for a supportive center-based environment or an entry-level candidate eager to launch a career in healthcare, Galliant has a home for you! We are hiring high-energy, compassionate team members for our Benson area clinic to deliver 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No prior ABA experience? We cover 100% of your paid 40-hour RBT training and national exam sponsorship within your first 8 weeks!

Requirements

Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Benson clinic.
Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and maintain clinic safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun, active clinic setting.
Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
