About The Position

Launch or Advance Your ABA Career at Galliant (Bedford Clinic). Whether you are an experienced, certified RBT looking for a supportive center-based environment or an entry-level candidate eager to launch a career in healthcare, Galliant has a home for you! We are hiring high-energy, compassionate team members for our Bedford clinic to deliver 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No prior ABA experience? We cover 100% of your paid 40-hour RBT training and national exam sponsorship within your first 8 weeks!

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Bedford clinic.
• Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun, clinic setting.
• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
