Whether you are a certified RBT seeking a supportive, center-based environment or an entry-level professional looking to break into behavioral health, Galliant offers a clear path forward! We are hiring high-energy, compassionate team members for our Burleson clinic to deliver 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). For uncertified hires, we cover 100% of your paid 40-hour RBT training and national exam sponsorship within your first 8 weeks. Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Burleson clinic.
Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and maintain strict safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

Experience in childcare, preschools, caregiving, home health, CNA/DSP roles, retail, customer service, or special education support is a plus, but not required!

Responsibilities

Deliver 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Execute individualized behavioral plans to reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
Provide Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and active engagement in a fun, clinic-based setting.
Digital Data Collection: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
