About The Position

Galliant is expanding its Waxahachie clinic team and is looking for experienced, certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and motivated entry-level candidates looking to enter the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Galliant offers a supportive, center-based clinic environment to grow your career in healthcare. For those without certification, Galliant covers 100% of your paid RBT training and national exam sponsorship within your first 8 weeks. The role involves providing 1-on-1 direct care, implementing individualized behavior plans to support functional communication, social skills, and daily living activities for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It also includes delivering assent-based therapy, practicing neurodiversity-affirming care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a high-energy clinic setting. Additionally, the role requires tracking session data and collaborating with speech, occupational, and clinical leads using a clinic tablet.

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
High empathy, strong communication skills, and a true passion for supporting neurodivergent children.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Waxahachie clinic.
Active and agile—able to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, run, and transition quickly to safely engage children at eye level and maintain safety protocols.

Responsibilities
