Registered Behavior Technician (Paid RBT Certification)
About The Position

Whether you are an experienced, certified RBT looking for a supportive center-based environment or an entry-level candidate eager to launch a career in healthcare, Galliant has a home for you! We are hiring high-energy, compassionate team members for our Gretna clinic to deliver 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). For uncertified hires, we cover 100% of your paid 40-hour RBT training and national exam sponsorship within your first 8 weeks. This is a 100% center-based role with a predictable daytime schedule, working 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional team meetings extending to 5:00 PM. You will report to one clinic facility every day. The role is BCBA-D Owned & Led, allowing you to work directly alongside accessible, supportive BCBAs in a clinical culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
- Passion for neurodiversity-affirming care, dedication to patient success, and readiness to thrive in a collaborative clinical team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Gretna clinic.
- Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
- Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic setting.
- Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
