About The Position

Galliant is hiring compassionate team members to provide 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at their high-energy Cedar Hill clinic. This role is ideal for experienced, certified RBTs seeking a collaborative center-based culture or entry-level candidates ready to launch a career in healthcare. For uncertified hires, Galliant covers 100% of the 40-hour RBT training and exam sponsorship within the first 8 weeks. The position offers a predictable daytime schedule, BCBA-D led mentorship, and a full benefits package.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
• Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation to the Cedar Hill clinic daily.
• Agile and energetic! Able to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at their eye level and maintain safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized programs to build functional communication, social interactions, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
• Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Maintain neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in an active clinic environment.
• Track Session Data: Record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes using a clinic tablet.
