About The Position

ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy to children and adolescents in Largo and surrounding Pinellas communities. Services are delivered in home, school, and community settings, with weekday sessions scheduled during the school day and after school according to client needs. The role offers regular supervision from experienced BCBAs, collaboration with families and school teams, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team.

ABA Solutions is a BCBA-owned organization providing ABA services throughout the Pinellas region. The organization offers accessible leadership, clinical guidance, case support, training, and ongoing professional development. Caseloads are assigned within reasonable geographic proximity whenever possible.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB, or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfort working across home, school, and community environments.
• Reliable transportation for travel between service locations.
• Reliable and professional work ethic.
• Screening through the Clearinghouse is required.

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support the development of communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across environments.
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and clinical supervisors.
• Maintain documentation according to clinical and funding requirements.
