About The Position

ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy to children and adolescents in Oldsmar and the surrounding area. Services take place in home, school, and community settings, with a weekday schedule involving school-day and after-school sessions based on client needs. The RBT implements individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs, collects and records session data, and supports the development of communication, social, and adaptive skills. The role also supports caregiver training and skill generalization across environments, and involves collaboration with teachers, caregivers, school teams, and clinical supervisors. Documentation must be maintained according to clinical and funding requirements. ABA Solutions is a BCBA-owned organization providing ABA services throughout the Tampa Bay area. RBTs receive regular supervision and clinical guidance from experienced BCBAs, with access to case support, training, and ongoing professional development. The organization also offers opportunities to work alongside practicum students and practicum-approved supervisors for those pursuing BCBA certification. Caseloads are assigned within reasonable geographic proximity whenever possible. Services are delivered in homes, schools, and community environments. Home sessions are generally after school and support caregiver involvement and skill generalization; school sessions support behavior, communication, and classroom participation during the school day; and community sessions provide practice with social and daily living skills in real-world settings. All positions require screening through the Clearinghouse.
