About The Position

ABA Solutions is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians in New Port Richey and the surrounding West Pasco area. The BCBA-owned and operated company provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental differences, using trauma-informed, assent-based, and evidence-driven care.

In this role, you will provide one-to-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings across Pasco County. You will implement behavior plans, track client progress, and collaborate with BCBAs, families, caregivers, and allied professionals. ABA Solutions emphasizes clinical excellence, ongoing training, mentorship, and career development.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB, or be on the path to certification.
• Reliable transportation for local travel between service locations.

• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs.
• Deliver one-to-one ABA services in homes, communities, and public and private schools.
• Collect accurate data and communicate client progress.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
