Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Home, School & Community | New Port Richey, FL
About The Position
ABA Solutions is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 applied behavior analysis therapy across Pasco County, including New Port Richey and the surrounding West Pasco area. Services are delivered in home, school, and community settings. The role implements behavior plans developed by BCBAs, tracks client progress, and works alongside BCBAs, families, caregivers, and allied professionals. ABA Solutions is a BCBA-owned and operated company providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental differences. Its care is trauma-informed, assent-based, and evidence-driven, with a focus on clinical excellence, ongoing mentorship, and career development. The company describes local caseloads, consistent hours, and responsive support from Directors and Assistant Directors. All positions require screening through the Clearinghouse.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB, or be on the path to certification.
- Reliable transportation for local travel between service locations.

- Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs.
- Deliver 1:1 ABA services in homes, communities, and public and private schools.
- Collect accurate data and communicate client progress.
- Assist with functional behavior assessments.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
