About The Position
ABA Solutions is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy in home, school, and community settings across Pasco and nearby areas, including Land O’ Lakes and Lutz. The BCBA-owned and operated company provides trauma-informed, assent-based, and evidence-driven care to individuals with autism and other developmental differences. RBTs implement behavior plans, track client progress, assist with assessments, and collaborate with families, caregivers, BCBAs, and other professionals. The role includes ongoing clinical training and mentorship, responsive leadership support, local caseloads, and opportunities to develop professionally and pursue BCBA certification. All positions require screening through the Clearinghouse.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB, or be on the path to certification.
- Reliable transportation for local travel between service locations.

Nice To Haves
- Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Interest in pursuing BCBA certification; practicum cohorts and supervision are available for aspiring BCBAs.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs.
- Deliver one-to-one ABA services in homes, communities, and public and private schools.
- Collect accurate data and communicate client progress.
- Assist with functional behavior assessments.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
