About The Position

ABA Solutions is hiring compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians to provide evidence-based ABA services to children and adolescents in school and home-based settings in South Tampa. RBTs work closely with experienced, accessible BCBAs and receive support intended to promote consistent scheduling, work-life balance, professional development, and career growth. The organization emphasizes trauma-informed, assent-based care and thoughtful caseloads.

The role includes one-to-one therapy, implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting progress data, supporting skill-building and behavior reduction, and collaborating with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals. The position also offers training and supervision opportunities for RBTs pursuing BCaBA or BCBA certification. All positions require screening through the Clearinghouse.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel between schools and homes.
• All positions require screening through the Clearinghouse.

• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in schools and homes.
• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress.
• Support skill-building and behavior reduction across environments.
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other professionals.
• Use trauma-informed, assent-based approaches in every session.
