About The Position

ABA Solutions is hiring compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 applied behavior analysis therapy to children and adolescents in school and home-based settings in South Tampa. RBTs work closely with accessible, experienced BCBAs and receive support, supervision, and opportunities for professional growth. The organization emphasizes evidence-based, trauma-informed, assent-based care, consistent scheduling, and work-life balance. The role includes collaborating with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals, and is suitable for RBTs who may be building toward BCaBA or BCBA certification. All positions require screening through the Clearinghouse.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Reliable transportation for travel between schools and homes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in schools and homes.
• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress.
• Support skill-building and behavior reduction across environments.
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, SLPs, OTs, and other professionals.
• Use trauma-informed, assent-based approaches in every session.
