Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - School-Based
About The Position
Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time, school-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to help students reach their potential. The role provides one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, implements individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and supports student safety and progress. The RBT also assists with family training and participates in team meetings and workshops. PDS serves public school districts, charter schools, and communities with pediatric therapists and other qualified professionals, with a mission to make a difference in children's lives.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
- Collect data to monitor progress and the effectiveness of individualized treatment plans.
- Support the BCBA with training families to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
- Ensure the client is in a safe and positive environment.
