Registered Behavior Technician (Aurora, Colorado)
About The Position
Airborne ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children in Aurora, Colorado. The role involves working directly with children with autism and developmental needs and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Technicians support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence, while collaborating with families, schools, and the clinical team. The position is part-time and in person. Paid training and RBT certification support are available for candidates who are not already certified. The company offers ongoing BCBA supervision and mentorship, a supportive team culture, and opportunities to grow as the organization expands. Candidates must be able to pass a background check.
