Registered Behavior Technician (Alamosa, Colorado)
About The Position
Airborne ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to serve families in Alamosa, Colorado. The role involves working directly with children with autism and developmental needs, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and supporting skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence. The technician collaborates with families, schools, and the clinical team. Paid training and RBT certification support are available for candidates who are not already certified, along with ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.
Requirements
- Passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and consistency.
- High school or equivalent education is required.
Nice To Haves
- ABA or childcare experience is a plus, but not required.
