About The Position
Airborne ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work with children with autism and developmental needs in Greeley, Colorado. The role implements individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), supports skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence, and collaborates with families, schools, and the clinical team. The position is full-time and in person, with pay of $20–$33 per hour. Paid training and RBT certification support are available for candidates who are not already certified.
Requirements
- Passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and consistency.
- High school or equivalent education is required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Nice To Haves
- ABA or childcare experience is a plus, but not required.
