Registered Behavior Technician (La Junta / Rocky Ford, Colorado)
About The Position
Airborne ABA is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to serve families in La Junta / Rocky Ford, Colorado. The role involves working directly with children with autism and developmental needs and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT supports skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence, while collaborating with families, schools, and the clinical team. The position offers paid training and RBT certification support for candidates who are not already certified, as well as ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs. Requirements

- High school or equivalent education required.
Nice To Haves
- ABA or childcare experience is a plus but is not required.
