About The Position

Galliant is hiring high-energy team members for our Bedford clinic to deliver compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We provide 100% paid training and exam sponsorship to get you certified. This role is ideal for experienced, certified RBTs looking for a supportive center-based environment or entry-level candidates eager to launch a career in healthcare. The position is 100% clinic-based, meaning no driving between client homes.

Requirements

Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily commute to the clinic.
Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun, clinic setting.
Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.
