About The Position
Galliant is hiring high-energy team members for our Benson area clinic to deliver compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We provide 100% paid training and exam sponsorship to get you certified. This role is ideal for experienced, certified RBTs looking for a supportive center-based environment or entry-level candidates eager to launch a career in healthcare.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily commute to the clinic.
- Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
- Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun, clinic setting.
- Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.
