Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, compassionate, and ready to thrive in a team-focused setting.
Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation to the Cedar Hill clinic daily.
Agile and energetic! Able to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at their eye level and maintain safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized programs to build functional communication, social interactions, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Maintain neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in an active clinic environment.
Track Session Data: Record real-time session data and objective daily progress notes using a clinic tablet.
