Registered Behavior Technician – Paid RBT Training
About The Position
Galliant is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our Ennis clinic team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Whether you are an experienced, certified RBT seeking a supportive center-based culture or an entry-level candidate eager to launch a rewarding career in healthcare, Galliant invites you to build a home with us. We cover 100% of your 40-hour RBT training and exam costs within your first 8 weeks, making this an ideal opportunity for those without prior ABA certification or healthcare experience.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn (no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!).
- Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a team-focused setting.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation to the Ennis clinic daily.
- Agile and energetic! Able to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at eye level and maintain safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Deliver compassionate, assent-based care that prioritizes client preferences while supporting neurodiversity acceptance.
- Implement Individualized Plans: Run target procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
- Track Session Data: Use a company tablet to record real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
