About The Position

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and support for clinicians. RBTs work directly with BCBAs who own their practices. The role offers direct BCBA mentorship and support, clinician-built caseloads, flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options, paid trainings and a path to become a BCBA, and autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve. The listed client opportunity is in Kirkwood, Georgia, with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2:30–6:00 PM and Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30–7:30 PM. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort with moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• College education is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track client progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support.
