About The Position

Work one-on-one with children in their homes, following individualized treatment plans. Track client progress and communicate with families. Meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support. The role offers direct BCBA mentorship, clinician-built caseloads, flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, paid training and a path toward becoming a BCBA, and autonomy to think creatively and solve problems. The listed opportunity is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. Pay is $20–$28.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort with moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• College education is a plus, but not required.
