Registered Behavior Technicians are hired to work with BCBA-owned practices that emphasize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and support for clinicians. Technicians work directly with BCBAs who own their practices rather than reporting into a large corporate structure. The role offers direct BCBA mentorship, clinician-built caseloads, flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, paid training, a potential career path to become a BCBA, and autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.
