About The Position

Work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and support for clinicians. The role involves working directly with BCBAs who own their practices rather than reporting into a large corporate structure. The listed opportunity is for client sessions Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Full-time or part-time scheduling options are available. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. The role includes direct BCBA mentorship, clinician-built caseloads, paid trainings, and a potential path to become a BCBA.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort with moving around and bending, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• College education is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, following individualized treatment plans.
• Track client progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with the BCBA for coaching and support.
