About The Position
Work with children in a BCBA-owned practice that prioritizes strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and support for clinicians. The role includes direct mentorship from BCBAs, clinician-built caseloads, and autonomy to think creatively and solve problems. This opening is Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. The listed pay scale is $20–$28.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.
- Track client progress and communicate with families.
- Meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support.
