About The Position

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and support for clinicians. RBTs work directly with BCBAs who own their practices rather than reporting into a large corporate structure. The roles offer direct mentorship, clinician-built caseloads, flexible scheduling, paid training, career growth opportunities, and autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

There are two client schedules: Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.; and Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. The pay scale is $20–$28.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort with moving around and bending, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• College education is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with children, following individualized treatment plans.
• Track client progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support.
