About The Position

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and support for clinicians. RBTs work directly with BCBAs who own their practices rather than reporting into a large corporate structure. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Opportunities are in North Wilkesboro, NC, with schedules Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m., or 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. The posting describes flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options. Pay is $20–$28 per hour.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• College education is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, following individualized treatment plans.
• Track client progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support.
