About The Position

Registered Behavior Technicians are hired to work with BCBA-owned practices that emphasize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and support for clinicians. RBTs work directly with BCBAs who own their practices. Open opportunities are in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.; Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.; and Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. The posting offers full-time or part-time scheduling options. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. The role includes direct BCBA mentorship, clinician-built caseloads, paid training, career growth opportunities, and autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort with moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• College education is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children while following individualized treatment plans.
• Track client progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support.
