About The Position

Carelinks ABA is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy using naturalistic, child-led approaches. Both people beginning their careers and already-certified candidates are welcome. The organization offers hands-on training, individualized support, and professional growth. Candidates who need certification may complete a 14-day RBT training program and receive a bonus; no bonus amount is specified. The role provides one-to-one therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic settings. Technicians implement treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA, use play-based strategies to develop skills, collect data electronically, and work with families and the clinical team. Sessions and schedules may vary according to client needs.

Requirements

Hold RBT certification or be available to complete 14-day training.
Pass a background check.
Provide a minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.
Commit to punctuality, professionalism, and ethical standards.

Consistent Monday–Friday availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic settings.
Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach.
Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.
