About The Position

Accel Therapies is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide center-based, one-to-one therapy to children with Autism using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The role focuses on helping children build meaningful, real-world skills, such as self-care, communication, and social interaction. The technician collects data on treatment goals, collaborates with Program Supervisors and BCBAs, and continues learning and developing as a therapist. The company offers a five-level BT progression system with objective promotion criteria, promotion opportunities every 3–6 months, and the potential to earn up to $5 per hour in raises over 21 months.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma/GED and an active, unexpired Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification; alternatively, willing to obtain RBT certification within 30 days of hire.
Must have reliable personal transportation.
Reliable, communicative, and eager to learn.
Comfortable with the commute and work setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-to-one therapy sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
