About The Position
Apara Autism Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), also referred to as a Behavior Technician (BT), at its Pearland Center in Pearland, Texas. The role supports children with autism through applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy and contributes to helping them reach their fullest potential. The position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The technician provides one-to-one therapy, implements treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), tracks progress, and supports families. The role requires effective spoken and written English communication for implementing treatment plans, completing documentation, and communicating with caregivers and supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Experience working with children.
- Reliable transportation and a driver's license.
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregivers and supervisors.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
