About The Position

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a caring, qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role provides direct applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy in home or clinic settings and offers opportunities for growth, clinical guidance, and support toward individual career goals. Compensation is $18–$27 an hour. Flexible hours and scheduling are available to support work-life balance. The position involves travel of up to 25%.

Requirements

Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
Valid state identification card.
Reliable transportation.
Must pass a criminal background check.
RBT certification is required.
Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute between locations.

Responsibilities

Provide direct one-to-one ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
Implement individualized treatment plans and programs written by the supervising BCBA.
Collect data and submit session notes.
Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
Travel between locations promptly for appointments; a vehicle and valid driver's license are required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
