About The Position

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role supports children in developing social, communication, and life skills and developmental abilities. The technician must travel between locations and arrive promptly for appointments.

Requirements

Active RBT certification (required).
Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
Valid state identification card.
Reliable transportation.
Vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute between locations.
Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in the home.
Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
Collect data and submit session notes.
Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
Travel between locations and arrive promptly for appointments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
