About The Position

Finni Health is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide personalized, in-home applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in O'Fallon, Missouri. The technician works side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping children build skills, confidence, and meaningful milestones. This is an in-person, part-time role with daytime and evening hours available. A background check is required, and a final start confirmation depends on satisfactory screening results.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, especially children with special needs.
• Active CPR certification.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old to meet regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements.
• Must pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in clients' homes and in the community.
• Collect and record data on children's progress.
• Collaborate with families and the BCBA supervisor.
