About The Position

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role focuses on helping children develop social, communication, and life skills. RBTs implement individualized treatment plans and programs written by the supervising BCBA, provide therapy in clients’ homes, collect data, and submit session notes. Requirements

Active RBT certification (required).
Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
Valid state identification card.
Valid driver’s license and a vehicle for commuting between locations.
Reliable transportation.
Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
Collect data and submit session notes.
Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
Travel between locations and arrive promptly for appointments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
