About The Position

Carelinks ABA is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate individuals to provide in-home ABA therapy using naturalistic, child-led approaches. The role includes hands-on training, individualized support, and opportunities for professional growth. RBT certification is required, or candidates must be available to complete 14-day training. The position delivers one-to-one therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic settings. Sessions and daily schedules may vary according to client needs. A minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week is required; consistent Monday–Friday availability is preferred. The stated pay is $20–$25 an hour. Responsibilities

Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy to children in their home, school, community, or clinic setting.
Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach.
Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.
