About The Position

Carelinks ABA is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy using naturalistic, child-led approaches. The role is open to people who are beginning their careers as well as those who are already certified. Carelinks ABA offers hands-on training, individualized support, and opportunities for professional growth. RBTs deliver one-to-one therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic settings. They implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA, use play-based strategies to teach a range of skills, and collect data electronically. The position requires collaboration with BCBAs, families, and team members, along with participation in supervision, meetings, and training. Sessions and schedules may vary according to client needs. The stated pay is $20–$25 per hour.

Requirements

RBT certification or availability to complete 14-day training.
Pass a background check.
Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.
Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and ethical standards.

Consistent Monday–Friday availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic settings.
Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
Collect accurate electronic data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required training.
Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach.
Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.
