Registered Behavior Technician - In Home RBT
About The Position
The Treetop is hiring in-home Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental differences in their homes. RBTs implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA, track each child’s progress, celebrate milestones, and keep families updated. The clinical team provides guidance, and training is available for people new to ABA. The role requires independent work in clients’ homes while staying connected with the clinical team. Positions are available across Arizona, including Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler, and surrounding areas. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, with scheduling and caseloads based on availability and client needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Comfort traveling to clients’ homes within the service area.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Auto insurance.
- Patience, dependability, and enthusiasm for working with children.
Nice To Haves
- ABA experience.
- Existing RBT certification.
