About The Position

The Treetop is hiring in-home Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children in Casa Grande and surrounding areas. RBTs work one-on-one with children with autism and other developmental differences in clients’ homes, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. The role includes tracking client progress, celebrating achievements, and keeping families updated. RBTs work independently during home sessions while staying connected with the clinical team. The Treetop provides training and support, including assistance earning RBT certification, and welcomes people who are new to ABA as well as those already certified. Part-time or full-time schedules may be available, with scheduling and caseloads based on availability and client needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Patience, dependability, and enthusiasm for working with children.
Comfort traveling to clients’ homes within the service area.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

ABA experience.
Existing RBT certification.
