In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About The Position
The Treetop is hiring an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-to-one therapy to children in their homes in Colorado. The RBT will assist with treatment plans and support children’s skill development while working under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. The company provides training, supervision, leadership support, and resources and materials for learning and behavior modification. The role is part of a team delivering individualized, developmentally appropriate, evidence-based, person-centered services designed to meet each child’s needs and support measurable progress. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with compensation of $22–$30 per hour depending on experience.
Requirements
- RBT certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance.
- Ability to work with clients of various ages and skill levels.
- Experience with EMR systems such as Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst, or Hi Rasmus.
Nice To Haves
- CPR/BLS certification, if applicable.
- TRICARE certification.
- Passion for driving change and supporting client growth.
- Desire to positively impact the community.
