About The Position

The Treetop is hiring an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Colorado to provide one-to-one therapy to children in their homes. The RBT assists with treatment plans and supports children’s skill development under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Training, supervision, resources, and materials are provided to support effective learning and behavior modification. The organization describes its services as individualized, developmentally appropriate, evidence-based, and person-centered, with a focus on measurable progress. The role involves collaboration with clinicians and ongoing professional development in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Compensation is $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

RBT certification.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance.
Ability to work with clients of various ages and skill levels.
Experience with EMR systems such as Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst, or Hi Rasmus.

Nice To Haves

CPR/BLS certification, if applicable.
TRICARE certification.
